Behavioral Specialist
Our Behavioral Health Specialist is responsible for assessing and caring for people with disabilities through various methods like observation, interviews, and hands on supervision. They help individuals understand their problems and develop coping strategies through their knowledge of case history, interviews, and relevant theories.
This is a sometimes-demanding position where the client must be cared for including personal hygiene, walking, behavior, and anything else the client may need. We expect kindness and caring for these individuals.
